Job summary

SIG Plc. is seeking an HR Advisor to act as the HR face to the business, delivering advisory and administrative support across the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on policy, compliance, and stakeholder relations.

You will work with HR Business Partners and line managers to ensure timely, accurate responses to HR queries, maintain records in the HR system, and support continuous process improvements within a high-performing HR team.

Qualifications

• HR experience across a range of HR activities and processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with HR systems and case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional first line advisory and administrative service to employees across HR queries and processes.
• Support internal policy and process reviews.
• Deliver accurate case management and documentation.
• Manage delivery of assigned tasks and queries within personal workload.
• Interpret policies to advise line managers and employees.
• Ensure current statutory and legislative compliance.
• Record and maintain accurate records relating to HR activities in the HR system.
