You will understand people and circumstances behind each query, handling employee relations matters from simple questions to complex cases with clear guidance and risk assessment.

You will build trusted client relationships, tailor advice to needs, and deliver high-quality services in a fast-paced environment while maintaining documentation

Qualifikationen

• Practical experience in HR advisory and employee relations.
• Sound working knowledge of employment law, HR principles, and best practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication with client-focused advisory skills.

• Provide accurate, timely and legally compliant HR and employment law advice by telephone and email.
• Manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.
• Support complex cases from enquiry through to resolution by assessing objectives, risks and options.
