Job summary

Senior Salmon Ltd in the DE55 area is seeking a proactive Human Resources Advisor for a 3-month temporary assignment. The role involves preparing contracts and onboarding documents, maintaining staff records, and supporting disciplinary and redundancy processes.

Hours are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Candidates should have CIPD Level 3+ or equivalent and at least two years in HR. This on-site position requires attention to detail and GDPR-compliant record-keeping.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR role.
• Proactive and detail oriented in HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HR documentation including contracts, offer letters, probation letters and new starter paperwork.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
• Manage holiday, sickness and absence records.
• Coordinate new starter onboarding.
• Assist with meetings, disciplinary processes, redundancy meetings and note taking.
• Audit HR files in line with GDPR requirements.
