BV Dairy in Shaftesbury seeks a part-time HR Advisor to support a positive workplace culture aligned to First Milk values. You will coach managers on ER issues, deliver training, and drive PDR processes while contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires HR experience (HR Advisor or generalist), strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law, and CIPD qualification (or working towards).

Qualificações

• Experience as HR Advisor or generalist HR role.
• Sound understanding of employee relations and employment legislation.
• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support development of a positive workplace culture aligned to company values.
• Coach line managers on employee relations, discipline and performance issues.
• Deliver training and support PDR processes as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and employee engagement.
