BV Dairy in Shaftesbury seeks a part-time HR Advisor to support a positive workplace culture aligned to First Milk values. You will coach managers on ER issues, deliver training, and drive PDR processes while contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires HR experience (HR Advisor or generalist), strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law, and CIPD qualification (or working towards).

Formación

• Experience as HR Advisor or generalist HR role.
• Sound understanding of employee relations and employment legislation.
• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG environment is preferred.

BV Dairy is a manufacture of specialist dairy produce, established 1958 in Shaftesbury Dorset. You can find our products in most supermarkets across the whole of the UK.To strengthen our team, we are looking for a HR Advisor

Salary: £16,000 per year
Part Time

The Role

• Supporting the development of a positive workplace culture aligned to First Milk values and behaviours.
• Support continuous improvement by bringing new ideas.
• Be an active contributor across the business and an advocate for all things people related.
• Coaching line managers on a range of employee relations issues, which includes discipline, grievance and performance management issues
• Training delivery as appropriate
• Supporting the site PDR process, providing guidance and training as necessary.
• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or generalist HR role.
• Experience of having worked successfully in a similar level of role in a fast paced environment.
• Sound understanding of employee relations and employment legislation.
• HR experience in a manufacturing environment or the FMCG/Food/Dairy sector.
• CIPD Qualification (or working towards)
