Fabric Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR Advisor to join a small, friendly HR team within a manufacturing environment. You will be the key point of contact for managers and staff, advising on day-to-day HR queries and employee relations cases.

The role emphasises compliance with UK employment law, coaching managers, and supporting HR projects, onboarding, induction and probation processes, as well as information on pay and benefits. Flexibility to cover later hours is welcomed.

Formación

• Must hold CIPD Level 5 (or working towards).
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to manage employee relations cases independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Willing to cover later hours to coordinate with night shift.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Deal with day-to-day HR queries and concerns.
• Advise and manage employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations.
• Coach managers to build capability and provide knowledge.
• Support the HR Business Partner to deliver strategy projects.
• Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction and probation processes.
• Provide information on pay and benefits.
• Support the wider HR team.
