Fabric Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR Advisor to join a small, friendly HR team within a manufacturing environment. You will be the key point of contact for managers and staff, advising on day-to-day HR queries and employee relations cases.

The role emphasises compliance with UK employment law, coaching managers, and supporting HR projects, onboarding, induction and probation processes, as well as information on pay and benefits. Flexibility to cover later hours is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Must hold CIPD Level 5 (or working towards).
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to manage employee relations cases independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Willing to cover later hours to coordinate with night shift.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or similar.

Description of the role:

• Dealing with general day-to-day HR queries and concerns.
• Advising and managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Ensuring compliance across employment law and regulations.
• Coaching managers to build capability and providing knowledge.
• Supporting the HR Business Partner to deliver strategy projects.
• Supporting the employee life cycle assisting with on boarding, induction and probation processes.
• Providing information on pay and benefits.
• Supporting the wider HR team.

• Ability to manage ER cases independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
