Fabric Recruitment is seeking an HR Advisor to join a small, friendly HR team within a manufacturing environment. You will be the key contact for HR queries, advise on employee relations and support onboarding, induction and probation processes.

The role requires strong knowledge of UK employment law, ER case handling, and proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems. You may cover later hours to align with the night shift, and the firm offers onsite parking and development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• CIPD Level 5 or working towards it.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to manage ER cases independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Experience of working within a manufacturing environment or similar.

• Dealing with general day-to-day HR queries and concerns.
• Advising and managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Ensuring compliance across employment law and regulations.
• Coaching managers to build capability and providing knowledge.
• Supporting the HR Business Partner to deliver strategy projects.
• Supporting the employee life cycle assisting with on boarding, induction and probation processes.
• Providing information on pay and benefits.
• Supporting the wider HR team.

About you:

• CIPD Level 5 (or working towards).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Flexible to cover later hours to coordinate with the night shift (more information will be provided)
