This hands-on, generalist role focuses on employee relations, providing expert HR guidance to managers and staff while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and company policies on site.

You will coach line managers, maintain accurate HR records, analyse absence and turnover trends, and contribute to continuous improvement in people processes.

Qualifikationen

• Provide expert HR advice and manage employee relations cases across disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence.
• Coach line managers on UK employment law, HR policies and best practice for consistent people management.
• Act as first point of contact for HR queries and maintain a visible HR presence on site.
