Job summary

The Bukola Group Limited is recruiting an HR Advisor to support managers across multiple sites on employee relations matters and people initiatives. This permanent role involves handling ER caseloads, coaching managers, and driving practical HR solutions in a multi-site, unionised environment.

Based in Slough, you will work within a busy HR team, focusing on compliant case management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational change initiatives to improve employee experience and business

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Advisor or Employee Relations roles.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing complex ER casework from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle a high-volume, varied caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, resilient and solution-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and redundancies.
• Provide HR advice to managers on employee relations and legislation.
• Coach managers to handle people issues confidently.
• Review case documentation to ensure compliance and minimise risk.
• Draft HR correspondence and support meetings and hearings.
• Analyse people data, monitor trends and provide recommendations.
