Job summary

Cole Connections Ltd in South West London is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor for a busy, multi-site role on an initial 3-month contract.

You will manage a varied ER caseload, provide practical guidance to Managers in line with UK employment law and HR policy, and help prevent issues escalating to formal ER cases. Travel across sites is required and a driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations and case management.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to coach and guide managers to address people issues proactively.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of Employee Relations matters.
• Supporting Managers with sickness absence and workplace stress.
• Advising on performance, capability, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Coaching Managers to address people issues proactively and at an early stage.
• Providing clear, practical HR guidance in line with policies and legislation.
• Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring proper progression of cases.
• Working with the HR team across multiple sites to ensure consistent communication.
