Job summary

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced HR Advisor to join its team in Wednesbury, West Midlands. You will take ownership of a broad HR remit, supporting employees and managers across three locations and reporting to the Finance Director.

The role covers employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll liaison and policy development, with a strong emphasis on compliance, confidentiality and people-focused initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of UK employment law and HR practices.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee relations activities.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management and flexible working requests.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring managers.
• Deliver onboarding with documentation, inductions and compliance checks.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems; produce reports.
• Liaise with external payroll provider to prepare payroll information and resolve queries.
• Monitor attendance and wellbeing trends; provide support to managers.
• Support learning and development initiatives and training records.
• Assist with HR policies and procedures development and implementation.
• Lead HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to boost engagement.
• Ensure HR processes comply with legislation and company standards.
