Job summary

Auctoro Recruitment is seeking a Regional HR Advisor to join their People Experience team on a fixed-term basis. Based at Coryton, you will oversee multiple sites across the South East, delivering expert HR guidance and practical people solutions. The role is regional and hybrid, with on-site presence two to three days per week.

You will lead employee relations, coach managers, and ensure legal compliance while supporting complex cases and organisational change across the region.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated HR Advisor/Generalist with ER responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume ER caseload end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law and application to complex cases.
• Experience advising, influencing and coaching managers on ER matters.
• Experience using HR systems and MS Office tools.
• CIPD qualification or working towards accreditation.
• Experience in logistics, distribution, manufacturing or similar environments.
• Experience supporting multi-site or regional operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employee relations cases end-to-end, including disciplinary, grievances, absence, and investigations.
• Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on employment law and HR policies.
• Conduct workplace investigations and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Partner with managers to resolve people challenges balancing business needs with wellbeing and risk.
• Escalate high-risk ER matters as appropriate.
• Support regional HR projects and change initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, compliant ER records across the region.
• Build relationships with leaders to drive engagement and consistent practices.
