LSH Auto in the UK premium automotive retail sector is seeking an HR Advisor who will support managers and employees with practical, compliant people guidance. The role focuses on navigating employee relations, strengthening people processes and contributing to a positive working environment.

Hours are 40 per week with a salary up to £37,500 depending on experience. The successful candidate will have CIPD Level 5 or higher, at least three years of HR advisory experience, and solid knowledge of

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher.
• At least 3 years HR advisory experience handling employee relations and HR casework.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience coaching managers on disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters, advising stakeholders at all management levels on employee relations issues.
• Experience using Excel.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases and provide clear, compliant advice to managers.
• Support employee development and career growth initiatives across the business.
• Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment law best practices.
