LSH Auto Limited in Birmingham is seeking an HR Advisor to support managers and staff with practical, compliant people guidance. The role concentrates on navigating employee relations, strengthening HR processes, and maintaining a positive, well‑managed working environment across the business.

Hours are 40 per week, with a salary up to £37,500 depending on experience, and you'll advise on policies, coach line managers, and maintain accurate HR records.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher.
• At least 3 years of HR advisory experience handling employee relations and HR casework.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience coaching managers on disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
• Experience using Excel.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases and provide clear, compliant advice to managers.
• Support employee development and career growth initiatives across the business.
• Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment law best practices.
