Job summary

TN Talent Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor for a hands-on, office-based role in Derbyshire. You will support managers, handle day-to-day HR issues and own employee relations from start to finish.

The role requires strong knowledge of UK employment law, 3+ years in HR, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment. CIPD Level 3 is desirable; driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' HR experience in an Advisor/Generalist role.
• Strong hands-on employee relations experience.
• Experience handling disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CIPD Level 3+ desirable but not essential.
• Comfortable balancing HR best practice with operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance.
• Conduct and support investigations and prepare HR documentation.
• Coach and guide managers through HR processes and procedures.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and probation processes.
• Support performance management and development plans.
• Maintain accurate HR records and update HR systems.
• Prepare contracts, letters, reports and other HR documentation.
• Support HR projects, audits and compliance activity.
• Occasionally travel to other company sites.
