Job summary

GXO Logistics is looking for an HR professional who can support managers with recruitment, onboarding and employee relations in a fast-paced environment. You will help deliver the HR People Plan, drive engagement initiatives and coach managers on policies and processes.

The role requires CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards it, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills to operate across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced HR environment with broad generalist HR activities.
• Strong employee relations knowledge and ability to advise and coach line managers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational managers on recruitment, onboarding, absence management and performance matters.
• Support delivery of the site's HR People Plan and colleague engagement initiatives.
• Provide practical HR advice and coaching to managers on policies and procedures.
• Support talent development activities including appraisals, succession planning and training workshops.
• Produce management information and support compliance with employment legislation and payroll processes.
• Advise on employment legislation and HR policies to ensure consistent practice.
