Job summary

GXO Logistics in Runcorn is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide generalist HR support to site managers, reporting to the Regional HR Manager. This part-time, permanent, site-based role offers 24 hours over 3 days, with flexibility on days.

You will focus on culture change, talent and process improvement, handling absence management, employee relations, and workplace policies, while ensuring compliance and collaboration with operational leaders.

Qualifications

• General HR experience providing support to line managers.
• Experience with employee relations and ER issues.
• Good knowledge of employment law and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build harmonious relationships with site teams and Trade Union.
• Provide full HR generalist support and advice to managers and employees.
• Lead absence management, including liaising with Occupational Health.
• Drive Employee Engagement and Health & Wellbeing initiatives.
• Assist in designing and delivering HR best-practice workshops.
