Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Lutterworth is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to partner with line managers and deliver pragmatic HR support. This full-time, site-based role operates Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30, helping shape the local HR strategy.

You will apply people policies, support engagement and wellbeing initiatives, maintain HR and attendance systems, monitor turnover and absence, and manage employee relations cases across the site to ensure consistent, compliant people practices.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or working towards is required.
• Experience as HR Advisor or similar.
• Experience providing employment law and best practice advice.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Applying people policies and processes, ensuring local practices.
• Support engagement and wellbeing strategy across the site.
• Ensure accurate operation of HR systems and attendance systems.
• Monitor turnover, retention, and absence; take action.
• Manage employee relations caseload consistently across sites.
