Job summary

Four Recruitment in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the People Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be the first point of contact for managers, supporting a fair, compliant employee relations process and helping promote wellbeing and inclusion.

The role is hybrid with a couple of days per week at Burnley and other sites across the North West; one day per week from home is possible. You should have access to a car to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for HR queries from Managers
• Coaching Managers through each stage of the disciplinary and grievance process
• Leading on absence management, liaising with occupational health and providing return-to-work support
• Advising on maternity, paternity and flexible working requests
• Supporting with queries that follow organisational change such as TUPE and restructures
• Delivering bitesize training sessions to People Managers
• Supporting the HR Business Partners with complex cases
• Contributing to other ongoing HR projects
• Using people data and case management information to identify trends and support decision-making
• Helping promote wellbeing, inclusion and a positive employee experience
