Remote role, based around Nottingham or Birmingham - occasional travel within the region - Central England and Wales.
Full driving license required.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Job Description
What you’ll do
You will provide strong case management advice to line managers, supporting them through complex people matters to achieve the best outcomes for both the business and individuals. Working as part of a large HR team, you will confidently make decisions and support managers in difficult people decisions. Managing a portfolio of cases, scheduling and prioritizing activities based on case needs, and working with senior management teams to ensure effective case management. Monitoring and advising managers on absence management. Supporting the HRBP in developing, monitoring, and reviewing policies aligned with current legislation and best practices on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management, including staff cases where appropriate.
Qualifications
What you need
A minimum of 3 years HR Advisor experience in a fast-paced organization. Experience working in a multi-site organization. CIPD part-qualified or related qualification (support available for further qualifications). Strong influencing skills and ability to work with all stakeholder levels. Experience with complex TUPE transfers and providing advice and guidance. Up-to-date knowledge of employment law. Ability to work independently on casehold.
