Job Description

To provide quality HR advice and support to leaders and employees across the business whilst ensuring the consistent and effective application of all Martin Brower UK HR policies, procedures and practices under the guidance of the HR Manager.

They will:

  • Play a key role in the case management of Employment Relations (ER) matters, providing advice and coaching leaders whilst ensuring all associated actions are logged in the appropriate system and documentation is retained on employee files.
  • Organise and assist with the delivery of training and development activities including management training, employee site inductions and on‑boarding, and the global onboarding.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR matters, providing confidential advice, support and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Drive engagement, wellbeing, and development initiatives that align with Martin Brower values.
  • Administer corporate driven HR Projects e.g. Employee Engagement and Ethics with the site senior management teams and employees.
  • Manage absence cases and liaise with Occupational Health as required.
  • Maintain HR records, ensure compliance, and support audits and HR projects.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to share best practice and deliver continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant

Will be a confident, adaptable and proactive HR professional with proven experience in Employee Relations and HR administration. CIPD qualified (or working towards) with a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
