Job description
Hours Of Work
  • 2 x Full Time, Permanent, Mon-Fri flexi-time
  • 1 x Part Time, Permanent, 18.5 hours (2.5 days per week)

As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR function by providing expert advice, managing HR processes, and supervising HR Co‑ordinators. You will work closely with the Head of People Command to deliver an effective HR service, ensuring best practice and compliance across all areas of human resources. Your responsibilities will include coaching managers, administering HR policies, and maintaining high standards of service delivery within the organisation.

HR Advisor Requirements
Scale 5
  • City & Guilds level III / A levels / or BTEC in a relevant subject or an approved equivalent
  • At least 1 year’s experience, working in an HR function or people management experience to provide advice and guidance on a range of HR issues
Scale 6
  • Level 5 HR qualification or equivalent
  • At least 2 years professional experience working in an HR environment or people management experience.
