HR Advisor
Based in West London

£20-22 per hour

About the Role

Within this role, you'll act as the regional expert, coaching managers and providing comprehensive HR advice and support on employee relations queries and end-to-end management processes. You will empower managers to make informed decisions based on your guidance.

You will support the delivery of the People Plan, promote best practices in compliance with policies and procedures, and ensure all casework administration is accurate and GDPR-compliant. Additionally, you'll provide Learning and Development support, facilitate training sessions, and regularly review HR data insights to monitor performance and identify trends.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Employee Relations (ER).
