Responsibilities

• Produce exceptional and consistent net fee income.
• Develop a renowned reputation within your market.
• Create compelling pitches and win exclusive instructions.
• Take detailed briefs and consult on client requirements.
• Build a network of relevant contacts and form influential, lasting commercial relationships.
• Identify and nurture pools of the best talent in the industry.
• Comprehensively assess candidates and write thorough reports to present to clients.
• Manage processes and negotiations to successful conclusions by effectively influencing both sides. Maintain high fill rates.
• Provide practical, informed advice which matches the right people to the best opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or a related sales discipline with a track record of success.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and experience winning business at c-level.
