Pagos Consultants is a professional recruitment agency specializing in various sectors including Payments, Fintech, Technology, Biotech, and iGaming. Based in London Liverpool Street, we are seeking a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our BFSI, Core Banking, and consultancy sourcing team.

Role Overview: As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you will develop essential skills in a fast-paced environment, supporting client engagements through sourcing, candidate management, and recruitment processes under the guidance of experienced consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Industry Knowledge: Gain experience in recruitment within Capital Markets, BFSI, and Consulting sectors.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Learn to use sourcing channels like databases, job boards, social media, and networking to identify candidates, initiating contact via phone, email, and social platforms.
  • Candidate Screening and Qualification: Assist in screening candidates, assessing skills and experience, and gathering background information for effective matching.
  • Pipeline Management: Support maintaining a database of qualified candidates, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Client Collaboration: Shadow senior consultants to understand client needs and assist in delivering suitable candidate profiles.
  • Market Research and Talent Mapping: Help identify industry trends and conduct talent mapping exercises.
  • Candidate Experience Management: Provide clear communication and support to candidates throughout the process.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, assessments, and record-keeping of recruitment activities.
