Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Remote (UK-based preferred)

Now, we’re hiring our first Recruitment Consultant to join the journey.

The Opportunity

You’ll be stepping into a 360 role with the chance to shape how Rec Gen scales. You’ll have the autonomy and trust to do what you do best – build strong relationships, close roles, and leave a mark on clients and candidates. But this isn’t your average agency role. We’re looking for someone who gets the value of social selling, wants to be part of building a brand, and is hungry to grow something meaningful from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Full 360 recruitment across tech (SaaS, Cyber, ConTech, etc.), placing sales and/or technical talent
• Business development and account management with US-based tech companies
• Using content and personal branding to attract and engage clients and candidates
• Supporting (and appearing on!) the Rec Gen podcast and other brand initiatives
• Contributing ideas to improve our tools, tech stack, and recruitment approach
• Building something you’re proud of, with input from day one

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role
• Proven track record of billing £200k+ annually
• Background recruiting in software, SaaS, tech, Cyber, ConTech or something similar
• Experience placing technical and/or commercial roles
• Executive search experience is a bonus
• Already active on LinkedIn (or ready to be!)
• Creative, outgoing, and not afraid to try new things
• Wants to help build a brand, not just work for one
• Ambitious, self-driven, and ready to be Rec Gen’s first internal hire
