An established industry player is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for an ongoing assignment with an immediate start. This role involves providing a responsive HR service to managers, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and support for the wider HR team. Ideal candidates will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or have equivalent experience, showcasing excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the HR Business Partner and working as part of a collaborative and friendly HR team, the HR Advisor will provide an efficient and responsive HR service to managers across the organisation. You will be responsible for providing advice and support to managers in employee relations, performance management, discipline, grievance and absence management. You will also provide support to the wider HR team.
Applicants will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified but we would welcome applications if you are qualified by experience and able to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst managing a busy caseload. You will possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to relate well to people at all levels with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy. You will have the ability to prioritise whilst working to tight deadlines and be flexible in your approach to work.
This role will be office based 2 days a week.
