We’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Specialist with deep experience selling strategic HR and people platforms into large, complex organisations.

If you've been helping CHROs, HR Directors, and CIOs modernise their approach to talent, payroll, workforce management, or employee experience — and you’re ready to escape the red tape of a large enterprise vendor — this role was built for you.

The Company

We’re a high-growth SaaS firm offering a fully unified HR, payroll, and workforce operations platform, designed for organisations that have outgrown legacy suites. With backing from major investors and a leadership team of industry veterans, we’re scaling fast across Europe and the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow new business across enterprise and upper mid-market
  • Sell into C-suite and HR leadership (CHROs, CFOs, CIOs)
  • Run full-cycle, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Be part of a smart, ambitious team changing the way businesses think about HR tech
  • Collaborate directly with marketing, product, and GTM leadership

What You Bring

  • Experience selling enterprise HR, workforce or payroll platforms
  • Credibility with large organisations and public/private sector buyers
  • Strong command of value-based selling, business case development, and competitive positioning
  • Energy, ambition, and an appetite to win away from legacy platforms
  • Bonus: Understanding of SAP environments, HCM integrations, or cloud transitions
