A recruitment agency is seeking an HR Advisor to support operations in Portsmouth. The role involves engaging employees, managing HR documentation, and assisting in recruitment. The ideal candidate will have CIPD level 3 qualifications and experience in a generalist HR role. This full-time role is office-based and offers 25 days annual leave plus benefits. Immediate start preferred.
CMA HR Recruitment is assisting a fast growing business on the outskirts of Portsmouth, for the recruitment of a HR Advisor to join their well established team on a permanent basis.
This is a varied role has arisen due to a business re-structure, and will be reporting to the Head of HR, supporting the smooth operation of the HR department.
