Overview

CMA HR Recruitment is assisting a fast growing business on the outskirts of Portsmouth, for the recruitment of a HR Advisor to join their well established team on a permanent basis.

This is a varied role has arisen due to a business re-structure, and will be reporting to the Head of HR, supporting the smooth operation of the HR department.

What will the HR Advisor role involve?
  • Support the HR Manager and Leadership Team to drive employee engagement objectives to ensure positive workplace culture.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and process HR documentation.
  • Assisting with recruitment process, from advertising, interviewing and onboarding.
  • Dealing with employee queries and support line managers with HR related matters.
  • Manage ER caseloads, working closely with managers to coach and advise on performance /absence management and flexible working.
Suitable Candidate for HR Advisor vacancy:
  • CIPD level 3 qualified
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload.
  • Experience working within a HR team/generalist role.
  • Ideally able to commence employment at short notice, although candidates on 1 month's notice are also encouraged to apply.
