PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful, growing distribution organisation based in Coventry with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a small generalist HR team. This role offers hybrid working of circa 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week.

Job Description

Reporting to an HR Director and working alongside an HR Business Partner, this HR Advisor role will support a growing staff base through the full people life-cycle. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing support with employee relations casework
• Coaching and upskilling line managers to handle people matters
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
• Assisting the HR Director and HRBP with various HR projects and initiatives
• Liaising with external stakeholders such as recruitment agencies and L&D providers
• Guiding and advising on HR policies and procedures
• Handling other generalist HR matters

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in a similar HR advisory role.
