Grant Thornton is seeking a People Adviser to support their HR function in Reading. The role involves managing employee lifecycle activities, coaching managers, and participating in strategic HR initiatives. Ideal candidates will have experience in a generalist HR role with strong Excel and stakeholder management skills, and have the opportunity for professional development.

About the role
You will be part of a flexible team supporting the business on people lifecycle activities related to performance, talent, and reward. You will also guide and coach people managers in managing their teams effectively, including handling performance concerns, absence, investigations, and disciplinary cases. Supporting Senior People Advisers and People Advisory Managers, you will deliver on our people strategy, initiatives, and annual people experience cycle.
