Job description

Education Personnel Services are looking to appoint an HR Adviser to our Hampshire Team.

If you are seeking a rewarding and challenging HR role where you can make a real difference to children’s education, join our team. We provide high-quality HR advisory and consultancy services to over 700 Hampshire and Oxfordshire schools.

You will provide guidance and support to headteachers, senior leaders, and governors through managing employee relations casework and our Helpdesk Service. Your role involves resolving employment matters, ensuring decisions consider legislative requirements, policies, and good employment practices.

Applicants should be studying for or have a Certificate in Personnel Practice or possess relevant experience to give high-quality HR advice. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, IT skills, and time management are essential.

This role is based in Winchester with flexible working arrangements, including working from home and in the office once a week, with travel to schools as needed.
