A leading consultancy firm, Grant Thornton, seeks a People Adviser to support HR activities focused on performance, talent, and reward. This role involves coaching managers, managing employee relations, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives in a flexible work environment.

A look into the role
You will be part of a flexible team supporting the business with people lifecycle activities related to performance, talent, and reward. You will also coach and guide people managers in managing their teams effectively, including handling performance issues, absence, investigations, and disciplinary cases. Supporting Senior People Advisers and People Advisory Managers, you will help deliver our people strategy, initiatives, and annual employee experience cycle.
