A leading consultancy firm seeks a flexible HR team member to support performance, talent, and reward management activities. This role involves guiding people managers through employee relations processes and coaching them for effective team management. The ideal candidate will have experience within a generalist HR function in large organizations, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in Excel.

About the role
You will be part of a flexible team supporting the business on people lifecycle activities related to performance, talent, and reward. You will guide and coach people managers in managing their teams effectively, including handling performance concerns, absence management, investigations, and disciplinary cases. Supporting Senior People Advisers and People Advisory Managers, you will help deliver our people strategy, initiatives, and the annual people experience cycle.

Ideal candidate
Experience within a generalist HR function working with large client groups.
Supportive experience with employee relations activities such as absence management, capability, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and presentation.
Strong stakeholder management and adaptive communication skills.
Examples of supporting people managers with initiatives that positively impacted their teams.
Additional desirable skills include experience in large, complex organizations, collaboration in service line structures, delivering inclusion and diversity initiatives, and owning people processes like salary reviews, performance moderation, and talent management.
