A public-sector organisation in Belfast is seeking an organised HR Administrator for a temporary on-site role. You will manage HR records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate has at least one year of administrative experience in HR, excellent attention to detail, and is confident using HRIS platforms. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
Our client is a well-established public‑sector organisation based in the heart of Belfast City Centre. Please note this role is temporary for 3 months and hybrid working is not an option, this role will be based on‑site.
Our client is seeking an organised and detail‑focused HR Administrator to support a comprehensive review of HR records. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, organising and securely disposing of HR files and documents within the organisation's HR Systems. This role will suit someone who enjoys structured work, has a strong eye for detail and is confident handling sensitive information.
