The role supports day-to-day HR operations, maintains employee records, handles recruitment and onboarding, and provides robust support to colleagues and managers across the hotel.

• Previous experience in HR administration or a similar administrative role.

• Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding and new starter administration.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll administration, attendance, annual leave and absence records.
• Coordinate colleague inductions, mandatory training and training records.
• Support employee engagement activities and day-to-day HR queries.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and hotel management.
