Job summary

Millennium Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Cluster HR Manager to support the People department and manage day-to-day HR operations across two hotels, based at Copthorne Slough or Copthorne Gatwick. The role focuses on onboarding, engagement, recruitment and retention, learning and wellbeing, delivering trusted advice to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have HR management experience, strong leadership, superb interpersonal skills and in-depth knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Human Resources management.
• Strong leadership to develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working in a matrix HR structure.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Managers with employee relations, wellbeing, and people policies and oversee ER cases.
• Assist with recruitment to ensure best onboarding experience for new starters.
• Collaborate with central HR to conduct talent reviews and robust succession plans.
• Organise and promote employee engagement initiatives across business areas.
• Support delivery of talent acquisition events and external partnerships.
