Copthorne Slough Windsor Hotel is looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This is a key role in supporting the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accurate employee records, efficient recruitment and onboarding, and excellent support for colleagues and managers across the hotel.

Key Information

Role: HR Administrator

Hours of work: 40 Hours

Salary : £ 27,999.100 per annum

HR Administrator's key responsibilities

• Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding and new starter administration
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with payroll administration, attendance, annual leave and absence records
• Coordinate colleague inductions, mandatory training and training records
• Support employee engagement activities and day-to-day HR queries
• Assist with HR reporting, audits and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and hotel management
