Job summary

Copthorne Slough Windsor Hotel, part of Millennium Hotels UK, is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join the Human Resources team. The role supports day-to-day HR operations, maintains employee records, handles recruitment and onboarding, and provides robust support to colleagues and managers across the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding and new starter administration.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll administration, attendance, annual leave and absence records.
• Coordinate colleague inductions, mandatory training and training records.
• Support employee engagement activities and day-to-day HR queries.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and hotel management.

Copthorne Slough Windsor Hotel is looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This is a key role in supporting the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accurate employee records, efficient recruitment and onboarding, and excellent support for colleagues and managers across the hotel.

Key Information:

Role: HR Administrator

Hours of work: 40 Hours

Salary : £ 27,999.100 per annum

HR Administrator’s key responsibilities:

• Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding and new starter administration.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.

Our HR Administrator will have:
