Location: Office-based, Milton Keynes

Hours: MondayFriday, 37.5 hours per week (between 8am6pm; flexibility required)

Contract: Full-time, Temp to perm

Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to provide efficient administrative support to their HR department. This role is key to ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a positive employee experience across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support the onboarding and induction process for new starters, including preparing documentation and coordinating induction activities.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits, such as private medical schemes, cycle to work and childcare vouchers.
  • Respond to HR-related queries from employees and managers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the HR team with policy, procedure and compliance administration.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and data for internal use and statutory requirements.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal colleagues and external suppliers.
  • Participate in HR audits, ensuring all processes are documented and kept up to date.
  • Attend team and cross-functional meetings as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.

  • Accuracy and timeliness of HR administration and documentation.
