Riverside Group is seeking a Support Assistant for Shackleton View & Gardens, Walton, Liverpool. This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week on a rolling 5‑week rota, including weekends and bank holidays. Salary £26,227.50 per annum.

The role focuses on safety and wellbeing of residents, with no personal care required. You will support customers with varied needs, maintain records and signpost to services, in a diverse housing environment.

Qualificações

• Experience of working with people in a customer facing environment.
• Understanding of supporting vulnerable people – including lived experience of homelessness or addiction.
• Basic administrative and IT skills and attention to detail to maintain records.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting in the planning and delivery of a range of personalised support and move‑on plans.
• Understanding the risk management process and supporting regular reviews of support and risk.
• Inspiring and motivating customers to meet agreed outcomes and develop life skills.
• Assisting customers with day‑to‑day support and tenancy‑related matters.
• Identifying and promoting opportunities for employment, education and training and supporting access to them.
• Signposting customers to external support services (e.g., food banks and community resources).
• Supporting customers to be 'tenancy ready' for successful move on.
• Assisting customers to be financially independent through budgeting and income maximisation.
• Supporting customers' healthcare needs and coordinating with healthcare professionals.
