Zusammenfassung

Riverside is seeking a Retirement Living Assistant at Crescent Court, Seaforth and St Oswalds Court, Netherton, Liverpool. The permanent role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm, with a salary £26,227.50 per annum.

You will manage day-to-day retirement living schemes, support residents aged 55+, handle tenancy management, records and safeguarding, and act as the first point of contact for residents and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Frontline tenancy housing management support including money advice and benefits.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with vulnerable/older people.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Conduct daily Passive Infra-Red (PIR) checks and respond to emergency calls.
• Liaise with internal and external agencies.
• Provide front line tenancy housing management support including money advice, benefits & health & wellbeing referrals.
