Riverside Group is seeking a Floating Retirement Living Assistant to provide front-line housing management support across Retirement Living schemes in the Liverpool City Region. The role involves handling tenancy matters, money advice, and wellbeing referrals within a team, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of records.

You will work in multiple boroughs (Liverpool City Region) with a focus on resident support and safeguarding, in a full-time pattern from Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, across

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of working with vulnerable and older people.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Front-line tenancy housing management support including money advice, benefits and health & wellbeing referrals.
• Maintain confidential records and files.
• Support residents across Retirement Living schemes in Liverpool City Region.
