Job summary

Great Places Housing Association in the United Kingdom is seeking a Housing and Wellbeing Assistant for Ellen Court in Bury. You will be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, handling enquiries and guiding them to the appropriate service.

You will help maintain safety and security, support occupancies, encourage feedback, and work with the wider team to keep communal areas clean and well maintained. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths.
Experience delivering front-line customer service in busy environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work under pressure with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email or in person and assist with occupancy terms.
Encourage feedback and record or respond to complaints and compliments.
Address safeguarding concerns in line with Great Places procedures.
Manage building security, conduct health and safety inspections, and report repairs.
Follow financial procedures and handle monies.
Oversee communal cleaning and support the wider team.
