Job summary

Great Places Housing Group is seeking a Housing and Wellbeing Assistant to join a dedicated team, delivering high quality accommodation and services while assisting customers. You will be the first point of contact for the premises, responding to enquiries by phone, email or in person, and maintaining safety and security.

You will support occupancy terms, encourage feedback, handle complaints, and act on safeguarding concerns in line with Great Places procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths required.
• Demonstrated IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience delivering front-line, customer-facing service in busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and guidance to customers and fulfil occupancy terms.
• Record feedback, handle complaints and compliments promptly.
• Ensure safeguarding concerns are addressed in line with procedures; support security and health and safety checks.
• Contribute to cleaning and maintenance alongside the team.
