People First is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Coventry. You will provide housing-related support to families experiencing homelessness in a temporary accommodation setting, acting as a keyworker and coordinating with partners across the county to reach positive outcomes.

You will maintain accurate records on our internal IT systems and make decisions focused on helping clients achieve their goals. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

• Must be able to make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting people to achieve goals and create positive outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Provide housing-related support to families experiencing homelessness in a temporary accommodation setting in Coventry.
• Act as a keyworker and work with partners across the county using a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes.
• Maintain paperwork on internal IT systems and ensure it is accurate and up to date.
