P3 Charity is recruiting a Tenancy Sustainment Worker for our Housing Support service in Cambridge City and South Cambridgeshire. You will assist clients in securing suitable accommodation and provide housing-related advice to help maintain tenancies and prevent evictions.

The role involves home and community visits; training is provided. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes and community settings to help them understand options and navigate services.
• Provide housing-related support to help maintain tenancy and prevent evictions.
