Job summary

Places for People is seeking a customer-focused handler to manage a high volume of enquiries across internal and external customers, resolving issues at first contact and supporting responsive repairs and compliance. The role blends office attendance with remote work, promoting efficient service delivery and timely responses.

You will update databases, handle invoices, and participate in complaints and insurance processes while upholding company values and delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer facing role.
• Experience using multiple systems at the same time, including updating databases or case management systems accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of enquiries from internal and external customers and resolve issues at first point of contact.
• Support work planners by supervising responsive repairs and compliance and arranging appointments promptly.
• Maintain databases and documentation to ensure accurate service delivery and timely responses.
• Assist with financial tasks such as raising requisitions and processing invoices.
• Support complaint and insurance processes within deadlines and participate in quality control checks.
