Job summary

Quo Vadis Trust in Lewisham is seeking a Supported Housing Officer to join our team. You will manage your own caseload, building trusted relationships with clients and helping them work towards wellbeing, housing and independence.

You will carry out inductions, risk assessments and maintain accurate records while supporting clients with housing and tenancy matters. A 24/7 rota may be required to respond to emerging needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy, resilience and a calm approach to challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated caseload with key-working support.
• Create support plans and SMART goals with clients.
• Complete inductions, risk assessments and accurate client records.
• Support clients with housing, welfare benefits and tenancy matters.
• Travel between QVT services as required.
